Notebook Computer Program Gives Faculty Tools for Innovation
Faculty: You still have time to submit your application to participate in the Faculty Notebook Computer Program.
Nearly all IU faculty use email to communicate with students, do online research, and access online resources; and approximately 90% use IU's online course management system extensively. With online course systems and wireless networks making access nearly pervasive, you need to be able to connect anytime and anywhere.
The UITS Faculty Notebook Computer Program is an extension of IU's strategic classroom technology plan that gives you the potential to turn virtually any space into a learning space by assisting you in obtaining Dell notebook computers with DVD and wireless capability and making it easier for you to use technology in classrooms that aren't equipped with permanent computers or presentation devices.
