Enrolling for Spring Semester? Take Action to Comply with Meningitis Law

Before spring 2006 registration, all students must comply with a new Indiana State Law concerning the dangers of meningitis.

While it is not mandatory that you get vaccinated, before you enroll for spring 2006, you must verify that you have read and understand information about meningitis and associated risks.

To comply with this regulation, go to the following Web site: http://registrar.iupui.edu/meningitis.htm and click on the link to the Immunization Compliance form.

Once you have read the information and submitted the form online, your spring 2006 registration hold will be released within 24 hours.
