United Way Day of Caring Set

The United Way Day of Caring is an annual event that sends IUPUI faculty, staff and students out into the community to work with nonprofit organizations. This year's event takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 17.

This year IUPUI Day of Caring volunteers will participant in events sponsored by many different agencies including Habitat for Humanity, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, the Lilly Arbor Project and more. Each campus volunteer will receive an IUPUI Cares T-shirt. In addition, a celebratory barbecue will take place following the projects.
