Train the Trainer

Many supervisors, team leaders, and individual contributor employees are increasingly being asked to train others on important job-related skills or topics. The Train-the-Trainer workshop is designed to provide staff members and others with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives necessary to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs in the workplace.
