First in Indiana: Oral, Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Event to Take Place at NASCAR

Dr. Michael G. Moore and University Otolaryngology Associates, Inc. will embark on a free screening for oral, head, and neck cancer at the "Allstate 400 at the Brickyard." The screening tent will be open July 25 and July 26, 2009.

Bristol-Myers Squibb and the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance will sponsor this event. Forty thousand Americans will develop oral, head and neck Cancer this year. Early detection can save lives. Eight-five percent of these cancers are linked to tobacco use. July 25-26 tent will be operational.
