HRA New Leader Transition Process Supports New Leaders' SuccessAs the campus welcomes new students this academic year, it also welcomes many new faculty and staff leaders. Human Resources Administration is extending its welcome to these new leaders by offering a new service, New Leader Transition (NLT) process. NLT assists new leaders in quickly gathering desired critical information from key constituents; therefore, organization effectiveness results are realized more quickly. Several departments have used NLT to inform strategic planning and team building efforts. HRA facilitates NLT by identifying strategic questions with the new leader, gathering feedback from constituents, and assisting the new leader to develop a meaningful response to share with constituents.
