IU Occupational Health Services
WHO ARE WE? IU Occupational Health Services is a group of caring and knowledgeable health care professionals that serves the employee population on the IUPUI campus. We see employees for work related injuries and illnesses. We see walk-ins for initial injuries. Follow-up visits are usually by appointment. Our medical staff consists of physicians specializing in occupational medicine. All physicians are Board Certified in Occupational Medicine. In addition, the IU Occupational Health Services Clinic has physicians specializing in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine. Our clinic is located on the first floor of Coleman Hall. Coleman Hall is between Ball Residence and Long Hospital, on Michigan Street, across from the Dental School. WHAT WE DO The following services are available for you:
EMPLOYEE INFORMATION Work-related injuries or illnesses will be billed to Worker's Compensation. Failure to report an accident appropriately may cause Worker's Compensation to turn down your claim. In such a case, you would be responsible for your bill. Non-work related visits are on a fee for service basis. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. If you have any questions regarding Worker's Compensation, please call our office at (317) 274-1025. Office hours are listed below. You may walk in at any time for an initial evaluation. You will be seen as quickly as possible.
