Description

Physics is the scientific discipline that explains the physical properties of all objects in nature. The goal in physics is to search for the rules that govern nature – from the smallest particle to the largest astronomical object. Students who pursue a degree in Physics learn creative thinking, innovative approached to problem solving, and quantitative reasoning that prepares them for a variety of careers.

What can you do with this major?

Many physics graduates who want to go into the life sciences pursue additional training in professional schools that enable them to go into medicine, radiology, medical diagnostic equipment designers and health physicists.
