| Overview | The emphasis of this degree is on technical knowledge, methodology, and aesthetic appreciation of interior design for the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Students will learn the importance of communications skills and visual presentation. An awareness of environmental, business, ethical, and other contemporary issues are incorporated into the curriculum. Classroom knowledge is linked to application in the field.
The Bachelor’s degree prepares students to practice Interior Design and to be eligible after two years of work experience to sit for the Professional Certification Exam (NCIDQ). |
