The Office of External Affairs is the liaison office between the IUPUI campus and its constituencies in business and industry; local, state, and federal government; alumni; and the general public. Community Relations activities build awareness among Central Indiana residents about resources at IUPUI. Alumni Relations enables more than 100,000 former IUPUI students to remain involved with the campus. Communications & Marketing and Media Relations communicate the accomplishments and innovations of students, staff and faculty to the public through publications, advertisements, and newspaper, radio, television reports and the world-wide web.
