Representative Summers was elected to represent Indiana's 99 th House District. She is the ranking Democrat on the Family, Children and Human Affairs Committee and serves on the Public Policy and Veterans Affairs Committee and the Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee. She is also funeral director at Summers Funeral Chapel. A member of Kappa Alpha Sorority, she is a member of Top Ladies of Distinction, Mid-America College of Funeral Services, and Light of the World Christian Church. |
