Mr. Slash is the president and chief executive officer of The Indianapolis Urban League (IUL). He joined the IUL on July 1, 2002 and, is responsible for coordinating day to day operations. Mr. Slash, a Certified Public Accountant was formerly Vice President of Community & Corporate Effectiveness for the Indianapolis Power & Light Company. Prior to joining IPL, he was the first African American Deputy Mayor of the City of Indianapolis in the Hudnut administration, where he served three terms. Mr. Slash serves on numerous boards and committees.
