Stephen Russell is chairman/CEO and founder of Celadon Group, Inc., located in Indianapolis. Celadon currently ranks as one of North America's fifteen largest truckload carriers, providing services between the United States, Canada and Mexico. Celadon is also the majority owner of Truckers B2B, Inc., which is a provider of cost benefits to over 18,000 member fleets.

Mr. Russell serves on the board of directors of the American Trucking Association and its Homeland Security Policy Committee, Cornell University Graduate School of Management, the Eiteljorg Museum, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Inc., and the Indianapolis Museum of Art.

Mr. Russell is a graduate of Cornell University where he received a B.A. in Mathematics in 1960 and his M.B.A. in Finance and Business in 1961.
