Michael O'Connor is executive vice president of Bose Treacy & Associates. Previously he served as Chief Deputy Mayor of the City of Indianapolis. In this capacity he was the chief of staff and top advisor to Mayor Bart Peterson. In July 1997, O'Connor was appointed by President Clinton as Deputy Associate Administrator of the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Before joining the EPA, O'Connor served as the commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) under Governors Evan Bayh and Frank O'Bannon. He had previously served as IDEM's deputy commissioner. |
