Mark Miles is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Inc. ("CICP"), a regional coalition of the CEO's of Central Indiana's most significant employers and leaders of universities with substantial research operations who seek to foster growth and opportunity throughout the region, advocate policy directions and engage in collaborative efforts to address issues facing the region.

Formerly, Miles served as CEO of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) and executive director of Corporate Relations for Eli Lilly & Company. During his tenure at Eli Lilly, Miles was responsible for the firm's local, state and national governmental affairs. He was also deeply involved in a number of volunteer civic pursuits, including helping to organize an initiative to reduce the area's infant mortality rate, serving on the Boards of a number of not for profit organizations, and directing the Indianapolis ATP tennis tournament (now known as the RCA Championships). Prior to his employment at Eli Lilly, Miles served as President of the Organizing Committee for the Pan American Games in Indianapolis in 1987. Miles was also responsible for starting the marketing division of Compucom Development Corporation in the early 80's.

Miles serves as a member of the BioCrossroads board and its executive committee. He is a graduate of Wabash College.
