Phil Eskew is the Director of Physician and Patient Relations at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He is also a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the IU School of Medicine. In addition to a number of roles at St. Vincent Hospital and Ascension Health, Mr. Eskew has been involved in the Indiana State Board of Health Taskforce on Prevention of Handicapping Conditions, Prenatal-Perinatal Subcommittee; the March of Dimes and its Indiana Prematurity Campaign; Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County’s Indianapolis Healthy Babies initiative; the Marion County Health Department’s Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Program and the Indiana Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board.

Mr. Eskew is a member of the Board of Trustees for Indiana University and serves on a number of community boards including the Carmel Clay Public Library Foundation, the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, McDowell House (Danville, KY), the DePauw Athletic Hall of Fame and the DePauw Alumni “D” Association. He is also a member of the IU Alumni Association, Wells House Society, Hoosier Hundred, Rotary International, Millersville Masonic Lodge, Indianapolis Valley of Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine, St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, Indianapolis Medical Society, Indiana State Medical Association, American Medical Association, American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, Central Association of Obstetricians & Gynecologists, and the Association of Professors of Gynecology & Obstetrics.

Mr. Eskew received his B.A. from DePauw University and his M.D. from the IU School of Medicine.
