About a year has passed since IUPUI staff and students worked together to create an entry for the Campus Kitchen Project’s first grant video competition. They won $5,000 to start a Campus Kitchen. Now, the 37th Campus Kitchen in the nation and first in the state serves the Indianapolis community healthy meals by retrieving food that previously would have been destined for the dump.Read more
IMA and IUPUI students put a twist on a classic
History meets modernism in an Indianapolis Museum of Art exhibit, Dream Cars: Innovative Design, Visionary Ideas. Not only will the exhibit feature rare concept cars from the 1930s to the 21st century, but visitors will also get to be in the designer’s seat. Two IUPUI student teamed up to create an iPad app, which allows guests to create their dream cars.Read more
