Introduction

You do not need an assigned UserID or password to access basic information on IUIS, a computer in Bloomington containing a wide variety of administrative and student data. However, certain information will require an identification number and PIN due to the secure content of some of the data.

Accessing IUIS from Home using PPP

There are two basic ways of accessing IUIS from home. The first requires a basic Telnet application. The second requires a special 3270 Emulator.

  • Establish a connection with IUPUI Dial-In as described in Network Access from Home. Return to Menu
