In strategizing with the class, I realize what needs to be worked on to make my survey more useful. My main problem was that I didn't rank some questions. I mainly used the phrases "circle One" and "Yes/No".

These types of answers will not give me good data that I can use. I have switched most of my answers to my questions to a ranking from 1 to 3. i also need to rephrase some of the questions so I can get the information that I am looking for. Some of my questions were too vague and didn't get to the point.

Once I clean up my survey and fully revise it, I plan on giving it to the head of the Respiratory Therapy Department at (Name) Memorial Hospital. She will then pass the survey out to her employees and get their perspective on it. There are about twenty people who are going to be receiving this survey, and I hope to have everyone's response.

What I want to find out from this survey is what therapists can do to help relieve some of patient anxiety. I want to find out what kinds of things (type of treatment, etc.) makes patients anxious. I also want to find out if family involvement has an effect on whether or not the patient is difficult. if the family involvement helps, i want to find out what kinds of things the family does to help relieve the patient's anxiety.
