Tour of Crown Hill Cemetery

Come join us for a tour of Crown
Hill Cemetery and lunch at the Riviera Club.
This is a DRIVING tour of the cemetery car-pooling
in personal cars. The tour, "Favorite Monuments and Treasures",
includes monuments that are not included in other tours. Whether
it is because of their material (one monument is a little piece
of Ireland), the unique subjects or carving, or even the story behind
them, you will enjoy seeing some of Crown Hill's most interesting
monuments.
TOUR: 9:15 to 11:30am.
MEET: At the "Waiting Station", the red
brick building that is just inside the historic Gothic Gates Entrance
at 34th and Boulevard Place. Park your cars outside the red brick
building.
LUNCH: 12:00 at the Riviera Club,

COST: Tour Fee: $4.00 (over 55) $5.00 (other adults)

DIRECTIONS: Entrance to Crown Hill is at 34th
and Boulevard Place and can be reached by going west from Meridian
Street on 34th Street directly to the gates of Crown Hill. From
Interstate 65 take the 29-30th Streets exit east to Illinois, North
on Illinois to 34th Street and west to the gates on Boulevard Place.
To reach the Riviera Club from Crown Hill, go east on 34th Street
to Illinois and north to the Riviera Club which is located immediately
across the canal from Westfield Boulevard.
