Our
department offers a variety of instructional programs that are open
to all student, faculty and staff who have a valid IUPUI Jag Tag ID and have paid the current semester Recreation Membership fee. Please dress appropriately for classes. You will need to sign in before each class and will need to bring your Jag Tag ID card each time you attend.
Fitness Walking

This program is offered the first 10 weeks of the fall semester and the second 8 weeks of the spring semester. Fitness Walking takes place on Tuesdays
and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. and meets at the Main Concourse (1st floor of the PE/NT building). Pedometers are
issued to measure step count, distance and time. Dress appropriately for outside weather (no inside walking). Fitness
Walking along with good nutrition helps increase energy, decrease

Group
Fitness Classes

The Department of Intramural and Recreational Sports will offer Group Fitness Classes this summer. All
Group Fitness/Aerobic classes are included with your semester recreational fee you pay. Classes are 45-60 minutes in length and all equipment is provided. Please be sure to bring your
IUPUI ID/Jag Tag for admittance and sign in before each class for attendance.
There is no separate registration with the exception of the
