APPOINTMENTS

Please call (317)274-5887 to schedule any type of appointment.  Initial work-related injury visits can be done on a walk-in basis.  All follow-up appointments are to be scheduled in advance.  These appointments are usually made at the time of your initial visit.  All non work-related visits with a physician at IU Occupational Health Services are scheduled in advance.
