Intercultural Business Communication Training

Language and culture impact business communication in a variety of ways.  Training workshops begin with an assessment of your needs, and include specific training in areas such as: 

• general strategies and skills for communicating across cultures

• written business communication across cultures, including proposals, letters of request, and letters of application

• international negotiation

• country-specific information, including language training for a specific country

• strategies for communicating in English with non-native speakers of English
